The Sales Lab
with Eric Giglione
A 3 short video per week authority platform built to position Eric as the trusted AI voice for sales leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs, and convert that authority into Salesmonster.AI affiliates and demos.
A show that builds the man, the brand, and the pipeline.
The goal is not video views. The goal is positioning Eric as the most credible voice in AI for sales, building a content engine that earns audience trust, and converting that trust into Salesmonster.AI affiliate signups and demos. Every deliverable in this proposal serves that outcome.
Educate. Equip. Inspire.
Three weekly short form videos that decode the AI landscape for older operators. News, products, and applications, filtered through Eric's 40 plus years of sales and business experience and distributed across every short form platform.
The Authority Position
Eric is not just an AI commentator. He is the seasoned operator translating AI for the boardroom. The Sales Lab makes him the bridge between the new tools and the people with the budget to buy them.

Every episode points to Salesmonster.AI. Higher tiers add the funnel, email, and outreach engine that converts viewers into product trials and affiliate sellers without sounding like a commercial.

What an episode actually sounds like.
Not a mockup. This is a real two minute script we wrote this week, pulled from live AI business news. Eric in lab coat, green screen AI lab background. Read it out loud and picture yourself on camera.
Big Tech Just Quietly Replaced 70,000 Jobs With AI. Here's What They're Buying Instead.
PayPal just cut twenty percent of their workforce. Coinbase, fourteen percent. Salesforce's CEO literally said, and I quote, "I need less heads." And we are one quarter into the year.
Welcome to The Sales Lab. They call me Giggs. Today's experiment, the quietest revolution happening in business right now, and what every sales leader needs to know about it.
Through April, big tech alone has cut north of seventy thousand jobs. Oracle. Amazon. Meta. Microsoft. Cloudflare just announced internal AI usage jumped six hundred percent in three months, then cut twenty percent of their company the same week. Bloomberg projects half a million American jobs disappear by year end. That is not a recession. That is a replacement.
Meanwhile, the same companies firing humans are writing the biggest checks in history. Google just closed its acquisition of Wiz. Amazon dropped fifty billion into OpenAI. The four hyperscalers are spending seven hundred twenty-five billion dollars on AI this year. That is a seventy-seven percent jump over last year. They are not cutting to save money. They are cutting to redirect it.
Here is what nobody on CNBC is telling you. The companies winning right now are not the ones with the biggest AI budgets. They are the ones whose sales teams already know how to use AI. Salesforce did not cut four thousand jobs because AI is dangerous. They cut them because their best reps are now doing three times the volume with the right tools. The middle of the bell curve is what got eliminated.
If your sales team is not training with AI by now, you are already behind. That is exactly what we built Salesmonster.AI to fix. Link below. Try it with your team. Next experiment drops Friday.
Giggs out.
Let's get The Sales Lab on the air.
